- Nutrition — 40 foods, custom meals, water tracking with quick-adds, daily progress bars against goals you set.
- Body — weight log with chart, streaks with a 1-day grace, 8 medals.
- Challenges — head-to-head or group, in any of five metrics. Live leaderboard, top three pinned.
