  • Library — 25 seeded exercises grouped by muscle, searchable. Add your own.
  • Nutrition — 40 foods, custom meals, water tracking with quick-adds, daily progress bars against goals you set.
  • Body — weight log with chart, streaks with a 1-day grace, 8 medals.
  • Challenges — head-to-head or group, in any of five metrics. Live leaderboard, top three pinned.
  • Coach mode — roster of athletes, assign a program to each.
