FAQ
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You tab → scroll to Danger zone → Delete my account. Permanently removes your account and all data from your device and our servers, irreversibly.
How do I report a program or user?
On Discover, long-press any program or open the preview and tap the ellipsis → Report. For a user, open Find friends or your friend list, tap the ellipsis → Report user or Block user. Every report is reviewed.
My workouts aren't syncing between devices.
You tab → Cloud sync → Sync now. If that doesn't fix it, sign out and back in to force a full pull. Still stuck? Use the form above with your account email and your device.
I forgot my password.
Self-serve reset is on the roadmap. For now, send a message above with your account email and we'll help you reset it.
How do I become a coach?
At sign-up, pick Coach instead of Athlete. You get an Athletes tab to build a roster and assign programs.
