Community guidelines
A place worth spending time in.
Last updated June 8, 2026
amgy is built around people who care about training. Everything in here applies to anything you publish, share, or send: your username, programs you publish, exercise names, friend requests, challenge titles — anything another amgy user can see.
Not allowed
- Hate speech and harassment. Attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other identity.
- Sexually explicit content. amgy is rated 4+. Keep it that way.
- Threats and self-harm encouragement. If you're struggling, please reach out to a crisis line in your country. We mean it.
- Spam. Programs that exist to advertise, redirect, or game the import counter.
- Impersonation. Don't pose as someone you're not — a coach you aren't, a brand, a person.
- Dangerous coaching. Programs that recommend extreme dehydration, PEDs, or anything that puts a reader's health at risk.
- Copyright violations. Don't publish other coaches' programs as your own.
How this gets enforced
- A filter runs before publish. If your program name or any exercise name contains a slur or harassment phrase, the publish toggle won't flip — the app tells you which word to fix.
- Anyone can report. Every program card and every user profile has a Report option. Pick a reason, optionally add a note. Reports are rate-limited (10 per hour per account) and reviewed.
- Anyone can block. Blocking removes someone from your Discover feed and your search results. They aren't notified.
- Accounts get removed for repeated violations. Egregious first-time violations get removed on the spot.
What's visible to other users
- Your @username and your role (Coach or Athlete).
- Any program you publish (name, day labels, exercises, sets, reps).
- Your import counter on programs you publish.
What stays yours
- Your email, password, and workout history.
- Your body weight, food and water logs, and goals.
- Your private programs — the ones with Publish off.
- Your friend list and blocks.
Reporting something we should remove
Use the in-app Report flow first — it goes to the same queue. If you've reported and haven't heard back in a few days, see the support page.
